How did you get started songwriting for organizations?

My journey into nonprofit songwriting was sparked by divine inspiration, weaving my faith with a profound purpose. The genesis of my first song, ‘I Wanna Be Free,’ was a collaboration with the Holy Spirit, bringing hope and encouragement to survivors of human trafficking. Empowered by this experience and a divine calling, I’ve committed to composing melodies that provide healing and empowerment for women and children. Each note serves as a testament to my dedication, wielding music as a spiritual weapon to transform atmospheres and break chains of darkness. From galas and fundraising events to women’s retreats and conferences, these songs have ministered strength. They pave the way for my forthcoming album, a tapestry woven with threads of resilience, faith, and unwavering determination.
