How did you get started song-writing for organizations?
My journey into songwriting for nonprofits began with a divine inspiration that intertwined my faith with a powerful purpose. My first song, “I Wanna Be Free,” emerged from a collaboration with the Holy Spirit, resonating hope and encouragement for survivors of human trafficking. Empowered by this experience and a divine calling, I have embarked on a mission to compose harmonies that serve as the healing and empowerment needed for women and children. Each note is a testament to my dedication, wielding the melody as a spiritual weapon to transform atmospheres and shatter the chains of darkness. From galas to fundraising events, women’s retreats and conferences, these songs have become beacons of solace and strength, paving the way for a forthcoming album, a tapestry woven with threads of resilience, faith, and unwavering determination.
“It is not I who heals, but the healer himself through prophecy, song, and praise.”
